I’d like to write about exactly what our dealership does, why we’re the best and what we want to accomplish as a business and as human beings.
Folks, life happens and with that so many of us have run into credit situations that we never planned on being in. I could go on and on about these life situations (divorce, loss of a job, disability just to name a few) but you know what you’ve been through better than anyone. When I think about it, it seems almost impossible to be living in our society without having some kind of credit bump in the road. Unfortunately, many dealers use these bumps in the road as a license to steal, sell lousy cars, charge insane interest rates, sell cars at unbelievably high prices, spend minimal money reconditioning these vehicles and generally treating customers as sub human. If you’ve shopped a just a few dealers and they’ve pulled your credit you know what I’m talking about. Now there are exceptions out there but by and large this is what you can expect from the average Joe dealer if you’ve run into credit issues.
Folks, West Valley Auto Plaza is different. We realize first and foremost that your credit problems and you are two totally separate things. We do NOT value our customers based on their credit score! We do not judge you because of a few bumps along the way. We are here to find you a clean reliable vehicle that fits you and your families needs at a price you can afford. We recognize that for most folks with credit problems this will not be a permanent situation for you for the reasons I outlined above. When these issues do get resolved we want to be your dealer in bad times and in good and we realize this just won’t happen if we don’t treat you with respect AND deliver on a superior product.
Our product is superior. Folks, we spend an average of $1000 on every car we put on our lot to insure it will be a good reliable vehicle for years to come. Most of our competition spends the absolute bare minimum to get their cars to pass. You are cruising for a bruising buying this junk! There is nothing worse than driving a car that costs a ton of money to maintain while making payments on that car. We have a complete service department ready to help our customers at rock bottom rates when you do run into a repair problem. We include a 12 month 12000 mile power train warranty on every car we finance so if a major repair does come up on the vehicle, you’re covered. We report your good credit to all three credit bureaus. This is a huge benefit when you’re trying to rebuild your credit. We sell newer nicer cars than the average dealer because if we treat our customers well, they treat us well. I know this because I’ve seen it for over ten years now!
